There is a disabled parking bay in the small car park off the main Waitrose supermarket car park behind the library

Kino Hawkhurst does not have a hearing loop system

Kino Rye: the cinemas, cafe-bar, terrace and toilets are all accessible by wheelchair via the main entrance. There are stairs to the mezzanine lounge and the Silver Room. Both cinemas can accommodate 4 standard wheelchairs, and some larger electric wheelchairs / mobility scooters by prior arrangement only. There is no disabled parking on site, however, blue badge holders are allowed to park responsibly on double-yellow lines

Kino Rye is equipped with a Sony hearing assist and audio description system (subject to availability by film). Please ask staff for more information

CEA Card: this is accepted at Kino Hawkhurst and Kino Rye. The CEA Card allows the Cardholder to obtain one complimentary ticket for a person to provide any assistance required as a result of the Cardholder’s disability during their visit to the cinema, provided that a ticket at the relevant price is purchased by the Cardholder for the same film (including event cinema) and screen. See www.ceacard.co.uk for more details, terms and conditions. If you are a CEA card holder, please call to book tickets. Please note that the CEA card cannot be used in conjunction with any other ticket promotion (e.g. 2-for-1 Tuesday)

BCTV (British Cinema and Television Veterans) cinema pass: upon presentation of a valid , the card holder and one accompanying guest may attend a film screening free of charge.
